About the Palm Router Jig

A palm router is one of the most useful tools in a workshop, but on its own it is a freehand tool — and freehand is the enemy of repeatable, accurate work. The ToolShark Palm Router Jig (TSPRJ) gives your compact router the control and repeatability it was never designed to have, turning rough, eyeballed cuts into clean, consistent ones.

It is engineered from the ground up in CAD for real workshop use, not adapted from an import, and built to take daily abuse. Whether you are doing repeat work, controlled edge profiles or jobs that need the same result every time, the jig holds the router steady and gives you a reference to work against.

For hobbyists it removes the frustration of inconsistent results; for professionals it saves time on jobs that would otherwise need careful setup every pass. It fits palm and compact routers and pairs naturally with the rest of the ToolShark workholding and jig range.
