About the MAGNETITE 4" Starter Kit

If you run a 4" dust-collection system in a small or one-person workshop, you already know the pain: every time you move the hose from the table saw to the bandsaw to the router table, you are wrestling friction-fit cuffs, hose clamps or threaded fittings that never quite line up. The MAGNETITE 4" Starter Kit replaces all of that with magnets.

Each coupler carries six N52 neodymium magnets — the strongest grade commonly available — giving roughly 2.7 kg of pull force per magnet. Bring two halves close and they self-align and snap together with a satisfying click. Pull them apart with one hand when you are done. There is nothing to thread, nothing to clamp, and nothing to drop on the floor behind a machine.

The kit is the easiest way to start with the MAGNETITE system because it gives you a matched set of connectors ready to drop onto your existing 4" hose and machine ports. From there you can expand with extra Quick Connectors and short hose sections as you add more tools to the collection run.

Like everything in the ToolShark range, the Starter Kit is engineered from the ground up in CAD specifically for South African tools and dust systems, then 3D-printed and finished in Cape Town — and backed by the 40-year workshop behind Power Tool Services.
